Details You Choose to Provide
A name, phone number, or address placed in a search form is sent to the outside provider that produces the results. We do not keep a server copy of those queries. When you send a message, we receive the information you include and use it to respond.
Routine Technical Information
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, page request, and time of access. We review combined log data to maintain the service and understand which Norco resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable technologies may support basic audience and advertising measurement where used.
Purposes for Using Data
Submitted and technical information supports site operation, message replies, fault diagnosis, aggregate traffic measurement, and content updates. Norco People Search does not sell a visitor list or assemble profiles about individual readers.
Policies on Linked Services
City of Norco, Riverside County, California, library, and outside search destinations publish their own privacy terms. Once you follow a link, that destination controls any information entered there. An outside provider also supplies sponsored results under its own rules.
When Data Is Shared
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs on our behalf, while analytics or advertising partners may receive the technical information described above. Valid legal process can require disclosure. We do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Information
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the uses stated here. Since there are no visitor accounts, Norco People Search stores no account password or user profile.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives qualifying consumers rights that can include knowing or accessing data, correction, deletion, limits on sensitive information, opting out of sale or sharing, and freedom from discrimination for exercising those rights. We can review our contact mailbox and server logs when a request concerns information we control; use the Contact page. Government records maintained by Norco, Riverside County, or California remain outside our control. The California Attorney General also explains that publicly available government information, including public property and professional-license records, is not personal information under the CCPA.
Changes to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear on this page. Using the site after an update indicates acceptance of the new version.
